Desperate Scousewives

On Monday the new E4 reality TV show Desperate Scousewives was aired for the first time. Expecting to see a copy cat of The Only Way is Essex I watched without much enthusiasm as more and more fake baked dolls giggled and bitched their way across my screen.

From the over the top editing and acting we managed to get a glimpse of what a Scousewife is all about, and to be honest, it’s nothing much. I’ve been trying to choose a scene which stood out for me as particularly entertaining….as you can see, I had no luck.

I’m hoping that this show will be a grower because so far it hasn’t impressed. I will be watching next week to see if they can pull it out of the bag, but I don’t hold high hopes for this show. The entertainment just isn’t there at the moment. Hopefully I will be proved wrong….
